摘要
以秦汉渠为例,根据秦汉渠灌区管理处下达的各干渠轮灌通知,按照灌区干渠轮灌要求,通过程序计算出各所最优水量和灌区管理处最大经济效益。同时,调用Matlab7.0对灌区最优经济面积进行计算,为灌区管理单位的高效管理提供了理论支撑。
Taking the case of Qinhan Canal irrigation district,based on the inform of each trunk canal rotation flow issued by Qinhan Canal irrigation district,and according to the requirement of trunk canal rotation flow,the optimal water yield and the maximum economic benefit of irrigation district administrative office were calculated by procedure.At the same time,by using Matlab7.0 to calculate optimal economic area,which provided theoretical support for effective management of administrative unit in irrigation district.
