摘要
应用条件价值评估方法对白洋淀湿地非使用价值进行综合评价,分析得到白洋淀湿地影响区域人均支付意愿(WTP)值为62元,总WTP值为56.587 400亿元。对白洋淀湿地非使用价值进行时间价值修正,得到白洋淀湿地非使用价值为1 886.246 700亿元。因此建立长效补水机制是确保白洋淀湿地非使用价值和总价值永续存在的重要前提。
Using CVM to evaluate non-use value of Bai Yang-dian wetland comprehensively,it concludes that the individual WTP is 62 Yuan and the total WTP is 5.658 740 0 billion Yuan.It modifies non-use value of Bai Yang-dian wetland in time value and concludes that non-use value of Bai Yang-dian wetland is 188.624 670 0 billion Yuan.So the long and effective filling-water mechanism is the important premise to insure the continuable existence of non-use and the total value of Bai Yang-dian wetland.
