摘要
指出乡村旅游已经成为社会主义新农村建设和统筹城乡发展的重要途径,在城乡统筹背景下分析了乡村旅游在产业模式、管理体制、资金来源和从业人员结构等方面的变化,指出其中产生的一系列问题,由此从旅游规划、企业管理、金融财务、实用性就业技能方面对乡村旅游人才素质提出了新的需求,并就人才培养工作提出了相关建议。
Rural tourism is an important way for socialism new rural construction and coordinating urban and rural development,the variation of rural tourism under the background of coordinating urban and rural was analyzed from aspects of industrial model,management system,financial resources and employment structure.Some problems were pointed out,several new demands for talent quality were put forward from aspects of tourism planning,corporation management,finance,practicality employability skill,and some advices for personnel training were given.
