Study on the fingerprint of different kinds of dandelion by HPCE

摘要 目的:建立不同品种蒲公英药材高效毛细管电泳法(HPCE)特征图谱分析方法。方法:采用HPCE,以20mmol.L-1硼砂为缓冲溶液(pH9.18),分离电压为15kV,检测波长为244nm,分析时间为30min,柱温为25℃。结果:建立了不同品种蒲公英药材HPCE特征图谱,标定13个共有峰,不同品种蒲公英药材差异性较小。结论:方法操作简便、准确可靠,重复性好,可作为蒲公英药材鉴别和质量控制方法。 OBJECTIVE To research and construct the HPCE characteristic fingerprint of dandelion; to provide a new meth- od for quality of dandelion. METHODS The separation on capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) was used to determine the fingerprints. The buffer was 20 mmol·L^-1 borate solution(pH = 9. 18);the applied voltage was 15 kV and the detection wavelength was 244 nrn. The caffeic acid was used as a reference standard. The results were analyzed by Hierarchical Cluster and different Similarity Evaluation Systems. RESULTS Fingerprint was established with 13 common peaks of 10 samples with sim- ilarity of 0. 926-0. 983. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate, good reproducibility, and suitable to the quality con-trol of dandelion.
