摘要
简单介绍了目前选煤厂给料设备的技术要求,所采用的给料设备的主要类型及特点。指出我国选煤厂给料设备在产品性能、开发设计、技术创新以及售后体系等方面与国外的差距,应从加强理论研究、提高生产工艺及诊断维修技术等方面来满足快速发展的煤炭洗选业的要求,大型化、标准化和高可靠性将会是给料设备的发展趋势。
The paper briefly introduces the technical requirements of the feeding equipment in the coal washery, and expounds main types and features of the feeding equipment used in present coal washeries. It also indicates the differences between domestic feeding equipments and foreign ones in performances, design, technical innovation and after-sale system. Moreover, it proposes that theoretical study, manufacturing technology, diagnosis and maintenance technology should be enhanced so as to satisfy the requirements of rapid development of the coal washing industry, and indicates the large scale installation, standardization and high reliability to be the development trend of the feeding equipment.
