On May 5, 2011, CNBM International Corporation and ZOOMLION have signed the official long-term strategic cooperation agreement, marking that ZOOMLION is the domestic supplier of concrete machinery of CNBM International.A brand-new comprehensive and vertical cooperation mode has been established with this strategic cooperation agreement, indicating that through CNBM International’s global sales channels, the both parties will realize complementation in various fields, such as clients’ resources, after-service, personnel training, equipment leasing, trade logistics and etc, and ZOOMLION’s overseas marketing networks will be further perfected. The two sides will jointly lead the overseas expansion of Made in China.
