摘要
高等职业院校校园文化建设和德育工作统一于学校的人才培养全过程中,相互影响,相互促进,其中德育工作依靠校园文化建设做主要载体,充分利用校园文化建设的德育功能;德育工作同时又扮演着校园文化建设的灵魂角色,主导着校园文化发展的方向。可以依托校园文化建设与德育工作之间的渗透共融,来促进人才的成长成熟。
Higher vocational college＇s campus culture construction and moral education is unified in colleges＇ talent training process, they inflect each other and promote each other, among them, moral education work depends on the construction of campus culture as its main carrier, meanwhile, moral education plays an role of constructor of campus, it leads the direction of campus culture development, we can rely on the penetration and communion between campus culture construction and moral education work to promote talent training work.
