摘要
本文对浙江省瑞安市天瑞尚品高层住宅小区采用高强预应力管桩基础进行分析和总结；并从基础设计、基坑围护设计、打桩顺序、挖土措施等方面提出各项措施。
This paper takes a analysis and summary oftheHigh-strength pre-stressed tubular pile that used in High-rise residence in ＂TianRui shang pin＂of Ruian, Zhejiang. And it also raises some countermeasures from aspects of foundation design, pit supporting design, piling sequence, digging measures.
