摘要
并行工程(Concurrent Engineering ,简称CE) 的关键之一是产品的方案设计.目前多学科优化(Multidisciplinary Design Optimization ,简称MDO) 领域虽有进展,但未能满足方案设计的特殊要求.针对方案设计的困难,提出一种基于数理统计正交表的正交设计方法来处理产品在方案设计阶段的多设计变量、多目标函数、并涉及到多学科的综合设计问题.由于该方法计算速度快,又能适应多种产品,对快速形成可行的初步方案来说,是一种值得进一步研究的方法.
One of the crucial problems of CE (Concurrent Engineering) is conceptual design. Although MDO (Multidisciplinary Design Optimization) has had obvious progress, it does still not satisfy a variety of special requirements during conceptual design of products. In order to cope with the difficulties for forming an available scheme, an orthogonal design method based on the orthogonal table of statistics is described in this paper. The method can deal with multivariable, multiobjective, multidisciplinary synthetic problems. Since its adaptability and efficiency for many products, it is worthy to be further improved.
