摘要
本文在综述国际公约及国际组织对恐怖主义定义的基础上,进而分析各国国内法的定义以及部分学者的观点,阐释自己对其的理解。
This paper on the basis of reviewing the definition of terrorism defined by international convention and international organization,the article analyses the definition of domestic law of many countries and some academics＇ viewpoints,and then explains my comprehensions.
