教务管理作为行政管理,贯穿于教学工作的全过程,是高校教学管理工作的重点。有效的沟通是保障教务行政管理工作顺利高效进行的关键,通过良好的交互沟通不仅能避免因人际沟通而产生的负面影响,还可以寻求理解,以理解带动互动,互动创造多赢,以此为教务行政管理工作营造健康、和谐的发展环境。
