摘要
通过对71所少儿图书馆网站开展网上咨询服务现状的调查与比较,指出了少儿图书馆开展网上咨询服务存在的问题,并提出改进建议。
By the survey and comparison of the online consulting services provided by websites of 71 children＇s libraries, the authors point out the problems in developing the services and put forward some suggestions.
