新的异黄酮类化合物K3-D4、K3-D5、K3-D6的分离和结构鉴定

摘要 在对基因工程链霉菌K3的研究中,我们从其发酵液中分离到K3-D4、K3-D5、K3-D63个化合物。通过UV、IR、MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR及HMBC等光谱分析确定K3-D4、K3-D5、K3-D6为3个新的异黄酮类化合物,分别为4′,5,7-三羟基-3′-硝基异黄酮、4′,5,7-三羟基-3′,5′-二硝基异黄酮、4′,7-二羟基-3′。 This thesis is on the study of lipophilic components of the genetic engeering streptomyces K3. The fermentation broth was adjusted to pH 3 and extracted with ethyl acetate. By means of Sephadex LH 20 chromatography, preparative TLC and RP MPLC, three compounds, K3 D4, K3 D5, K3 D6 respectively were isolated from the mixture of the extract. By extensive study of their UV, IR, MS, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR and HMBC spectra, the structure of K3 D4, K3 D5 and K3 D6 were elucidated. They are three novel isoflavonoids. K3 D4 was assigned to be 4H 1 Benzopyran 4 one, 5,7 dihydroxy 3 (3 nitro 4 hydroxy phenyl) ; K3 D5 was assigned to be 4H 1 Benzopyran 4 one, 5,7 dihydroxy 3 (3,5 dinitro 4 hydroxy phenyl) ; K3 D6 was assigned to be 4H 1 Benzopyran 4 one, 7 hydroxy 3 (3,5 dinitro 4 hydroxyphenyl).
