摘要
探讨视网膜光凝术对睫状体和前段脉络膜的影响。方法：应用超声生物显微镜观察１０例１０眼眼底病患者视网膜光凝术治疗前后睫状体和前段脉络膜的改变。结果：１０眼视网膜光凝术前睫状体脉络膜情况正常，术后第３天出现睫状体水肿、睫状体脉络膜脱离。术后第５～７天消退。结论：视网膜光凝术能引起一过性的睫状体脉络膜脱离。
Abstract Objective:To investigate the effect of retinal photocoagulation on the ciliary body and choroid.Methods:Ultrosound Biomicroscopy(UBM)was applied to obtain the changes of the ciliary body and choroid before and after retinal photocoagulation.Results:Ciliary edema and ciliochoroidal detachment were observed 3 days after photocoagulation,and disappeared 5～7 days after photocoagulation spontaneously.Conclusion:Temporary ciliochoroidal detachment may appear as a common complication after retinal photocoagulation,which should be designed carefully.
