摘要
目的 观察准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 ( laser in situ keratomileusis,L ASIK)治疗高度近视的临床效果。方法 将行 L ASIK手术的 2 5例 4 8只眼按屈光度 (等值球镜 ,下同 )分为 A组 (屈光度为 - 6.0 0～ - 9.75 D)和 B组 (屈光度为 -10 .0～ - 2 0 .0 D) ,术后进行半年的随访观察。结果 术后 6个月裸眼视力≥ 0 .5和≥ 0 .8者 ,A组分别为 10 0 %、94 .73 % ;B组为 90 .4 7%、63 .15 %。术后 1、3、6个月时 2组角膜地形图前表面曲率各自无统计学差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。术前屈光度高则手术预测性下降。结论 L ASIK手术治疗高度近视范围广 ,稳定性、安全性良好 ,术后视力恢复快 ,并发症少 。
Objective The study is arranged to observe the effect of LASIK for high myopia. Methods 48 eyes of 25 patients were divided into two groups: Gropu A (diopter rang from -6.0 -9.75D) and group B (diopter rang from -10.0 -20.0D). The following time after operation was more than 6 months. Results The acuity visual ≥0.5 and ≥0.8 at 6th month after operation in group A and group B were 100%, 94.73% and 90.47%, 63.15% respectively. There was no significant difference in two groups in topograph of anterior corneal surface curvature between 1,3,6 month respectively ( P >0.05). Conclusion LASIK for high myopia is stable safe with satisfactory acuity visual results and less complication.
