摘要
针对不同气候与资源条件,抓住其环境要素中最迫切问题作为切入点是推动ESD进入实质性研究的关键。研究发现,丘陵地区的地形地貌特征使该地区进行生态排水系统规划时具备了明显的优势。本文借助3S的技术平台,将生态思维植入到丘陵地区传统排水体制当中,并试图将新的排水体系与整体规划设计有机结合在一起。以湖南省武冈市城北新城开发建设为例,对丘陵地区基于雨水生态排放的规划设计进行初步的实证研究,并为新的城市开发建设提供参考。
For different climate and resources,finding the most pressing problem of the environmental elements as an entry point is the key to promote ESD to a substantive research stage. It' s founded that Landform features of hilly areas are serious advantage in the planning of ecological drainage system. With the help of 3S technology platform, this paper will implant ecological thinking into the the traditional drainage system of hilly areas,and try to combine the new drainage system with the overall planning and design together,then carry the preliminary empirical study on planning based on the rain ecological emissions in hill areas With Case Study of Planning North Wugang New Town for providing reference to the new urban development.
