摘要 目的:研究一氧化氮(Nitricoxide;NO)与一氧化氮合酶(NitricOxidesynthase;NOS)活力对丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)与天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)活力的影响并探讨其机制。方法:对大鼠腹腔注射L-Arg,4h后采血取肝检测NO含量,NOS活力、ALT及AST活力并与对照组大鼠对比.NO定量用硝酸还原酶法、NOS测定用分光光度法、ALT与AST测定用改良赖氏法(2,4一二硝基苯肼比色法)。用NaNO2和NaNO3作抑制剂进行酶抑制试验。结果:腹腔注射L-Arg后肝脏及血清中NO含量与NOS活力显著升高(P<0.01);而肝脏及血清中ALT与AST活力下降。结论:体内NO转化生成的NO-2、NO-3对ALT及AST有抑制作用,其中NO-2的抑制作用强于NO-3。 Objective:To study the effect on activity of ALT and AST by nitric oxide product and nitric oxide synthase activity Methods:Injecting into abdominal cavity of mice with the injection of 8% L-Arg Four hours later,measuring the nitric oxide product,the activity of nitric oxide synthase and the activity of ALT and AST, and contrasting them with those of the normal subjects NO: nitrate reductase methods NOS: spectrophotometric methods AST and ALT: 2,4 dinitro phenylhydrazine colorimetry The NaNO 2 and NaNO 3 as the inhibitor are used in the inhibitory test on ALT and AST Results:After injecting into abdominal cavity of mouses with the injection of 8% L Arg, the NO product and the activity of NOS in hepar and serum of the mice were increased (P<0 01) Contrary to that, the activity of ALT and AST were decreased (hepar: P<0 01; serum: P<0 05) NO - 2 and NO - 3 are the powerful inhibitors of ALT and AST Conclusion:The NO - 2 and NO - 3 that were inverted by the endogenous nitric oxide are the inhibitors of ALT and AST The inhibition of NO - 2 are more powerful than NO - 3
