摘要
目的:探讨鼻咽癌(NPC)凋亡相关基因P16、bcl-2及nm23与NPC的关系。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法对73例NPC、20例无瘤NP组织的石蜡包埋标本中的P16、bcl-2及nm23蛋白进行检测。结果:NPC组织的P16表达显著低于无瘤NP组织,而bcl-2表达则显著高于无瘤NP组织(P<0.01);P16及bcl-2蛋白表达与NPC的临床分期相关(P<0.05);nm23与颈淋巴结转移相关。结论:NPC细胞凋亡的抑制与bcl-2蛋白过度表达及P16基因的部分缺失有关。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between apoptosis gene and nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) Methods:Expressions of p16,bcl-2 and nm23 protein were examined by immunohisytochemistory S-P stainning in 73 NPC tissues Results:P16 protein highly expressed in tumor free nasopharyngeal mucosa tissues,but bcl-2 protein in NPC tissues There was relationship between the expressions of p16 and bcl-2 protein and the stage of NPC Conclusion:Overexpression of bcl-2 and partial defection of p16 gene may explain the inhibition of celluar apoptosis in NPC
