摘要
目的:观察咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床诊断和治疗,减少误诊误治。方法:分析148例确诊为咳嗽变异性哮喘患者的临床特点和治疗方法。结果:咳嗽症状3天内消除者94例,1周内消除者37例,2周内消除者17例。结论:提高对咳嗽变异性哮喘的认识,扩展对咳嗽病因的鉴别诊断思路,应用吸入小剂量糖皮质激素,必要时加用β激动剂取得良好的疗效。
Objective：Observation cough variability asthma of clinical diagnosis and treatment,to enhance management of difficult and complicated cases and to reduce misdiagnosis and mistreatment.Methods：Analysis 148 cases treated for a cough asthma patient variability the clinical characteristic and cure.Results：Cough symptoms three days to remove the 94 example,within 1 week away,37 cases,he two weeks to get rid of the 17 cases.Conclusion：Diagnosis and treatment of the cough of variability asthma,for her cough did was identified with the diagnosis and the inhalation of small dosage of sugar a massive cortical hormone beta excited medicine to good effect.
