摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定消渴灵片中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,选用Dimensions C18(250mm×4.6mm;5μm)色谱柱,流动相为0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾-乙腈(64:36),流速为0.8mL·min-1,柱温25℃,检测波长为265nm。结果盐酸小檗碱在0.039～0.394μg·mL-1范围内呈良好线性,r=0.9999,方法平均回收率为96.14%,RSD=0.2%。结论方法简便,快速,结果准确,分离效果好。
Objective To develop an HPLC mehod for determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Xiaokelingo Tablets.Methods The analytical Column was a Dimensions C18（250m×4.6 mm,5μm）The mobile phase consisted of 0.05mol/Lmonopotassium phosphate-Acetonitrile（64：36）,The flow rate was 0.8mL min-1 and the detection wavelength was 265nm.The column temperature was 25 ℃.Results Imperatorin presents a good Line arity（r=0.999 9） within the range of 0.039～0.394μg.mL-1 The average kecovery rate were 96.14% and the RSD = 0.2%.Conlusions The method is simple,fast,accurate and with a good separating results.
