物资集约化管理是企业整合优势资源,进行机制改革的必然趋势,是对现有管理模式的变革和创新,是转变公司发展方式的必由之路。文章详细介绍了山东电力物资集约化的实施方法和步骤,山东电力在数据标准化的基础上建立全公司统一的物资主数据管理体系,通过主数据统一和物资集约化接口开发2个阶段成功实施物资集约化项目,提高了山东电力ERP的实用性和物资管理的水平。在电力行业物资信息化推进时期具有典型的示范意义。
The power industry, one of asset intensive industries, tends to focus more on the large inventory. This paper presents an asset intensive management component of ERP implemented in Shandong Electric Power Corporation. Based on the standard data definition, the system implementation is detailed in the master data management and the interface development. This enterprise asset intensive management system empowers the traditional ERP to optimize the performance of enterprise＇s assets, integrate the business processes, and deliver insight into the business operations with the highest degree of integrity throughout the entire organization.
