摘要
随着知识经济和信息技术的发展,利用现代信息技术开发企业知识资源,挖掘员工学习潜能,并建立与之相适应的组织模式,推进企业现代化进程,提高企业核心竞争力和经济效益,得到越来越多的集团企业的重视,这也是建设企业知识管理体系所要实现的目标。文章通过对我国企业知识管理现状的分析,提出集团化企业知识管理解决方案和建设策略,为集团企业在建设企业知识管理提供了参考。
Along with the development of knowledge economy and information technology, more and more corporations emphasize the need to construct knowledge management systems. It uses modern information technology, develops enterprise knowledge resources, promotes human resource learning potential and enterprise modernization process, and establishes corresponding organizational mode. The enterprise core competitiveness and economic profits are enhanced. This paper proposes the solution and strategy for corporation knowledge management construction through the analysis of current situation of enterprise knowledge management in China.
