摘要
由于鞋楦形状具有不规则性,采用常规的鞋楦设计方法进行设计工作量大,重复性高,效率低下。针对这个问题,提出了一种基于UG二次开发的鞋楦参数化设计方法。以UG作为平台,应用其强大的二次开发工具UG/OPEN,以鞋楦设计方法和尺寸标准为依据,开发运行于UG上的人机交互的鞋楦CAD系统。此CAD系统通过调用各种鞋楦模板,结合数据库的应用,实现各种鞋楦的参数化设计,极大地降低了鞋楦设计的难度,提高了设计效率。
Because of shoe last's irregular shape,designing the shoe last with conventional method will be a heavy,high repetitive and inefficient work.To address this problem,a new parametric design method of the shoe last based on secondary development of UG is proposed,with UG as a platform,use its strong secondary develop-ment tool UG / OPEN,develop interaction system of shoe last CAD module running on UG,with shoe last design and dimensions standards as the basis.By calling a variety of shoe templates and combining the application of database,the shoe last CAD system have well achieved the parametric designation of different types of shoe lasts,greatly reduced the difficulty of designing shoe last,and improved the design efficiency.
