摘要
人们法制规念和维权意识的增强,出现医疗纠纷呈现上升的趋势。外科发生医疗纠纷明显高于其他临床科室,本文通过某市某区2009年7月—2010年3月卫生监督所登记在册的69例外科医疗纠纷资料,对其进行回顾性分析,研充发现外科医疗纠纷原因集中体现在诊疗效果问题占73.9%、管理质量问题占10.15%、服务态度问题占8.7%,提出增强服务意识,完善规章制度,提高技术水平,维护自身权利着手来有效避免或减少医疗纠纷发生的重要手段。
In recent years,the incident of medical dispute has showed the growing trend,especially in the surgery.In this article,the medical disputes were reviewed in a district of Shanghai from July 2009 to March 2010. 69 cases were involved,in which,the defects of service results were 73.9%;the defects of management were 10.15%;the defects of service attitude were 8.7%.So the hospital should enhance the service idea,perfect the regulation and improve the service level to reduce the medical disputes.
