摘要
随着信息技术的飞速发展,为了规范工作流程,提高办公效率,加快信息化建设的步伐,实现管理工作的信息化、科学化,全面提升管理水平,无论是政府还是企事业单位,都迫切需要建立一套办公自动化系统(OA)。实施知识管理是企事业单位适应社会发展的需要,也是信息化建设的目标。将OA与知识管理结合起来,构建以知识管理为核心的OA系统就成为新一代办公自动化的发展趋势,两者的结合使知识管理找到了发挥其作用的载体,也使办公自动化发生了质的飞跃。
With the rapid development of information technology, in order to standardize work processes, increase productivity and accelerate the pace of information technology to achieve the management of information technology,scientific,enhance the management level, both the Government and enterprises,have an urgent need establishment of an office automation system (OA).Implementation of knowledge management is the development of enterprises and institutions to adapt to social needs, but also information technology goals.The combination of OA and knowledge management, building a knowledge management as the core of the OA system to a new generation of office automation trend,the combination of knowledge management to play its role to find a carrier,also a qualitative office automation leap.
