摘要
本文利用连续型光电位置探测器PSD(PositionSensitiveDetector)作为传感器,以重力方向作为竖直基准,构成了一种全方位高准确度水平仪,能实时地给出待测平面的倾斜角度和倾斜方位,具有量程可调、结构紧凑。
A new type of omni directional high precision level constructed with a continuous optical electric position detector PSD (Position Sensitive Detector) and semi conductor laser(LD) is introduced in this paper,which vertical reference direction is gravitational direction keeping with a pendulum.This level,with variable measurable range and precision,can provide tilting angle and tilting azimuth of the platform concerned at the same time.Due to its high precision and the characteristic of omni direction, more applications for intelligent platform can be faund.
