氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂合成技术在30m^3聚合釜中的应用

摘要 总结了氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂(氯醋树脂)合成技术在30 m3聚合釜中工业化生产情况。该工艺采用了连续加VCM工艺、出料泵技术和负压汽提技术,并改进了防粘釜技术和安全装置。应用结果表明:该工艺运行平稳、安全,装置利用率高,生产的产品中醋酸乙烯酯分布均匀。 The industrial production of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer in 30 m^3 polymerizers was summarized. This technology adopted continuous feeding, discharging pumps, negative pressure stripping, and improved antiscaling technologies and safety devices. The application results showed that this process could run smoothly and safely, utilities of plants were higher, and vinyl acetates were distributed in obtained products uniformly.
