介绍了一种工业自动控制中实用的无扰动切换方法，此方法是通过修改手动操作器中的少量几条线，用软件方法采集阀门开度，作为自适应模糊控制的基值。
The paper introduces a method of practical non disturbance conversion in the industrial auto control.The method uses the valve of opening degree with soft ware method by editting sevaral wires in manual operation device as basic statistics of adaptive fuzzy control to get the non disturbance conversion.
