摘要
阐明了城市文化的含义及城市文化建设的重要性,讨论了城市文化和图书馆的关系,立足于欠发达的中小城市,分析了其公共文化基础设施的窘迫现状,指出地处中小城市的高校图书馆的资源优势和为当地文化建设服务的意义,探讨了高校图书馆服务地方文化建设的方式和策略。
This paper expounds the connotations of the urban culture and the importance of urban culture construction,discusses the relationship between the urban culture and the library,and based on underdeveloped small and medium-sized cities,analyzes the distress situation of the public cultural infrastructure in these cities,points out the resource superiorities of university libraries in small and medium-sized cities and the significance of serving the local culture construction,and probes into the methods and measures adopted by university libraries in serving the local culture construction.
