摘要
针对锂电池供电的Radio Frequency IDentification(RFID)手持机对电源高效率的要求和微处理器对电源低纹波的要求,提出了一种电源设计方案。简要介绍了各种电源芯片的特点和手持设备电源芯片选型需要注意的问题,重点阐述了电源方案选择、芯片选型和电路的设计。采用DC-DC稳压器可以达到较高的效率,在DC-DC稳压器的后边加LowDropOut regulator(LDO)可以有效地抑制纹波。测试结果表明,该电源的效率在83%以上,为处理器供电的电源波动在±2%以内,其他电源的波动在±3%以内。
A design scheme of power supply is proposed,in accordance with the high-efficiency requirement of Radio Frequency IDentification(RFID) handset powered by lithium battery and the low-ripple requirement of the microprocessor.The characteristics of various power chips and handheld device power chip selection problems are briefly described and the power scheme selection,chip selection and circuit design is expounded emphatically in the article.Using DC-DC converter can obtain higher efficiency,adding a LDO behind DC-DC converter can effectively suppress ripples.The results show that the efficiency of the power supply is higher than 83 %,the fluctuation in processor power supply within 2 %,and the fluctuation in other power outputs within 3 %.
