摘要
自上世纪九十年代以来,卷烟机的电气控制系统大都采用"PLC+专有系统"的控制模式。一方面,PLC技术的日益成熟使其在逻辑控制为主的自动化系统得到了很好的应用,另一方面,由于PLC无法完成对实时性有较高要求的自动化任务,制造商不得不开发独立的单片机系统来实现这些自动化任务。介绍嵌入式IPC控制技术及其优点,以及采用先进的Ethercat总线通讯技术后,更精确地实现了对卷烟机的实时控制。
Since 1990s,＂PLC＋exclusive system＂ is widely used as the control mode of the electrical control system for most types of cigarette making combination.In the one hand,the PLC technique is gradually mature,which causes popular application in logicalcontrol oriented automation system.On the other hand,as PLC can＇t fulfill certain automation mission which requests high timeliness,the manufacturers have to develop independent singlechip system for these mission.This article introduces embedded IPC control and its merit.by using Ethercat bus technology it can more precise control tobacco making.
