NSK滚动轴承研究和发展的最新趋势 被引量:3

摘要 NSK对滚动轴承的研究开发涉及到轴承技术的各个方面,计算机辅助设计、轴承性能的动力学分析和有限元分析,可以提高轴承转速、延长寿命和减小力矩;验证了常用公式在重载条件下的可靠性,研究了贫油润滑;用于飞机燃气涡轮泵的陶瓷轴承(氮化硅球)其dN值已达2.2×106,汽车用圆锥滚子轴承实现了节能运转;自行研制了30多种规格的润滑脂,分别满足低噪声、低力矩、长寿命和高速要求;开发了洁净的轴承钢,给出了修正的ISO寿命计算公式。附图14幅。 : The NSK company has made deep study and development for the rolling bear-ings in various aspects, such as computer aided design, dynamics performance analyses and finite ele-ment analyses of the bearings etc. These study and development can increase the running speed of the bearings, prolong the bearing life, decrease the moment of bearings and verify the common formulas reliability under the heavy loads. The NSK company yet has studied the poor oil lubrication and the ce-ramics ball bearings (shrunk silicon nitride ball) used in gas turbine on the airplanes. The dN value of the ceramics ball bearings reashes 2. 2×106. The tapered roller bearings used on automobiles realizes the saving power operation. More than 30 types of grease have been developed. These greases respec-tively meet the need of lower noise, lower moment, long life and high speed. The clean bearing steel has been developed. The modified ISO life calculation formulas are given.
