摘要
本文介绍了积极心理学理念及其在高校就业教育中的应用策略。积极心理学是20世纪末西方心理学界兴起的一股新的研究思潮,它从个体的主观体验层面、成长层面及群体组织层面等三个方面论述了如何研究人类的潜能。鉴于目前高校就业教育的种种不足,该理念的导入将有助于促进就业教育的发展,提高高校毕业生的就业率。
introduced the concepts of positive psychology and how to use it into employment education in universities.Positive psychology is a new type of research ideas in western psychology since the end of 20th century,which demonstrated how to study human being＇ s latent energy by three aspects as personal subjective experiences,personal development and growth,organizational activities.In consideration of defects of employment education in universities,the introduction of this concept helps to improve the development of employment education,and to increase employment rates of college graduates.
