64-multislice VCT and HDCT imaging of coronary stent:a comparative study

摘要 目的:比较GE Light Speed VCT与Light Speed HDCT分别以Detail重建模式及HDDetail重组算法重建模式在64层螺旋CT评估冠状动脉(冠脉)支架成像图像质量及放射线剂量中的价值。方法:将曾行冠脉支架植入术且于2009年1月至2010年7月在我院行冠脉CT血管成像(CTA)的患者分为2组,分别以Detail重建模式及HDDetail重组算法重建模式,分别对支架的图像质量进行评估。结果:2组患者的临床资料匹配性、一致性良好。以HDDetail重组算法重建组在图像质量上明显优于以Detail重建组,2组放射剂量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者的图像质量与年龄、体质量指数(BMI)、心率及心率变化均无相关性。结论:以HDDetail重组算法重建获得的图像质量优于Detail重建模式,且患者所接受的放射剂量更小。 Objective To compare the coronary stent imaging quality and radiation dose between 64-multislice computed tomography(64-MSCT) with GE Light Speed VCT and GE Light Speed HDCT.Methods Patients having previous coronary angiography(CAG)and stent implantation and had 64-multislice CT angiography performed from 2009-01-01 to 2010-07-31 were enrolled and divided in two groups in accordance with the use of HD Detail or Detail kernel reconstructive model,and the imaging quality of coronary stent and CT angiography(CTA) was evaluated and compared.Results Imaging quality in HD Detail kernel reconstruction group was significantly superior to that of Detail kernel reconstruction group,and the radiation dose was significantly lower.Imaging quality was not influenced by age,body mass index(BMI),heart rate and heart rate variability.Conclusions The imaging quality of HD Detail kernel reconstruction group is superior to that of Detail kernel reconstruction group and also the radiation dose received is lower.
