以系统控制论为理论基础，以网络计划技术与目标管理方法为管理手段，提出了应用于大型工业项目施工管理的网络节点动态控制法。
The mobile control method is discussed for the node in network, which is applied to the construction management of large industrial project based on the theory of system control and the management means by technology of network planning and objective management.
