摘要
针对影响WCDMA/HSPA用户感知的关键指标进行研究,从基础网络优化、参数优化、核心网/无线网协作等方面来提升用户感知,重点对MOS指标、软切换指标和HSPA速率指标进行专项研究和优化。经过理论研究和实验,取得了较好的效果,有力提升了用户对“WO”品牌的满意度。
For the impact of WCDMA/HSPA users aware of the key indicators,from basic network optimization,parameter optimization,core network/wireless network collaboration to improve the user perception of other aspects,with emphasis on the MOS indicator, soft switching targets and specific indicators of HSPA and rate optimization.After theoretical and experimental,and achieved good results,effectively enhance the user of the “WO”brand satisfaction.
