摘要
通过序批式实验,研究了不同的保藏温度对厌氧氨氧化(ANAMMOX)污泥活性的影响以及保藏后污泥活性的恢复情况,并且对保藏前后的污泥的颜色作了对比。结果表明,不同保藏温度对ANAMMOX污泥的活性有不同程度的影响,保藏30 d后,常温保藏下污泥的TN去除速率最高(为0.040 kg/(m3.d)),而中温保藏后污泥的TN去除速率仅为0.014 kg/(m3.d),低温、常温、中温保藏后污泥的活性越高,其恢复到保藏前的活性和颜色所需要的时间就越短;TN去除速率为0.107 kg/(m3.d)的ANAMMOX污泥最适宜在常温((15±2)℃)下保藏,衰减指数达到0.033 d-1,半衰期长达25 d;冷冻、低温、常温、中温保藏后的污泥的颜色依次变暗,即保藏时的温度越高,保藏后污泥的颜色越深,但并非保藏后的颜色越深,污泥的活性恢复就越好。
The effects of preservation temperature on the activity and recover process of anaerobic ammonium oxidation(ANAMMOX) sludge were investigated using batch-sequential test method.The color of sludge before and after preservation was compared.The results showed that preservation temperature had certain effect on the activity of ANAMMOX sludge,after 30 days of preservation,ANAMMOX sludge preserved at normal temperature achieved the highest TN removal rate of 0.040 kg/(m3·d),which was much higher than that of middle-temperature preserved sludge(0.014 kg/(m3·d)).After preservation,the ANAMMOX sludge which had higher activity was easily to return to a former condition.The ANAMMOX sludge with TN removal rate of 0.107 kg/(m3·d) was suitable to preserve at normal temperature((15±2) ℃),under this conditions,the attenuation index and half life of ANAMMOX sludge activity was 0.033 d-1 and 25 d respectively.The color of sludge was becoming dark during the preservation process,and the higher the preservation temperature,the darker the sludge would be,while the color of sludge could not reflect the sludge activity after recovery.
