摘要
采用NaBH4与FeSO4液相还原法制备零价纳米铁,用制得的零价纳米铁去除ReO4-,然后用分光光度法在610 nm处测定ReO4-的吸光度,从而计算零价纳米铁对ReO4-的去除率。结果表明:(1)ReO4-初始浓度越低,反应速率越快,对最终ReO4-去除率影响不大。(2)pH对反应产生很大影响,将溶液pH调至中性或微碱条件下较适合反应的进行,去除效果也较好。(3)随着温度的升高,零价纳米铁对ReO4-的去除效果相应增强,但影响并不显著;反应速率加快,且45℃时反应速率最快。(4)零价纳米铁对ReO4-的还原过程符合一级反应动力学方程。
Zero-valent nano-iron was prepared by liquid phase reduction of FeSO4 in NaBH4,the prepared zero-valent nano-iron was applied for removal of ReO-4 in solution.The removal rate of ReO-4 was calculated by determining the absorbance value of ReO-4 at 610 nm.Experimental results showed that decreasing the initial ReO-4concentration could enhance the ReO-4 removal,but the influence was negligible;pH had significant effect on ReO-4 removal,the removal efficiency of ReO-4 was perfect under the neural or weak basic conditions;both the reaction rate and removal rate of ReO-4 were increased with increasing the reaction temperature,while the influence was not significant,the highest reaction rate was found at 45 ℃;The reduction process of ReO-4 by zero-valent nano-iron particles conforms to the first order reaction.
