摘要
目的:研究人参皂甙Rg1促进周围神经再生的作用。方法:SD大鼠32只,制作右坐骨神经挤压伤模型后随机分为两组,各16只。实验组腹腔注射人参皂甙Rg1,剂量为每日(4.5 mg/kg),连续4周,对照组给予同样剂量的生理盐水。术后4、8周分别观察坐骨神经功能指数(SFI)、运动神经传导速度恢复率(MNCV%)和再生神经有髓纤维通过率。结果:SFI:术后4周实验组为(-54.67±8.92),对照组(-68.97±9.38);8周实验组(-35.26±8.82),对照组(-44.95±10.11)。MNCV%:术后4周实验组(40.53±5.73),对照组(32.22±4.77);8周实验组(52.16±5.37),对照组(39.08±6.82)。有髓纤维通过率:4周实验组(52.28±3.63),对照组(40.15±6.50);8周实验组(75.31±3.94),对照组(54.13±5.38)。以上结果实验组均优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义。结论:应用人参皂甙Rg1能有效地促进周围神经再生,有利于再生神经纤维传导功能及肢体运动功能的恢复。
Objective:To investigate the effect of ginsenoside Rg1 on promoting peripheral nerve regeneration.Methods:Using the rat sciatic nerve crush injury model,a total of 32 SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups after building mode(each 16 rats).The experimental group received the ginsenoside Rg1 dissolved in saline at dose of 1.5mg/kg by intraperitoneal in jection,and control group received saline throughout the experimental period in the same manner above.All animals were treated once a day for 4 weeks.At 4 and 8 weeks after operation,the sciatic function index(SFI),fth recovery rate of motor nerve conduction velocities(MNVC%) and the myelinated fiber population were measured.Results:The SFI of rats in the test group at the end of 4 and 8 weeks after surgery were-54.67±8.92 and-35.26±8.82 respectively,which was apparently increased compared with that in the control group,which wre-68.97±9.38 and-44.95±10.11,respectively;MNCV% of the test group and control was 40.53±5.73 and 32.22±4.77 at 4 weeks respectively,and was 52.16±5.37 and 39.08±6.82 at 8 weeks respectively;The recovery rate of the myelinated fiber population of the test group and control was 52.28±3.63 and 40.15±6.50 at 4 weeks respectively,and 75.31±3.94 and 54.13±5.38 at 8 weeks respectively.The results of the experimental group were better than the control group at the end of 4 and 8 weeks after operation,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The treatment with ginsenoside Rg1 can effectively enhance the regeneration of the sciatic nerve.Moreover,the restoration of the conduction velocity of regenerated peripheral nerve fibres and the limbs function has been improved.
