S-MBR在处理城市生活污水中的应用研究

摘要 采用S-MBR浸没式膜生物反应器处理城市生活污水,通过调整合适的操作参数,对城市生活污水中的COD、NH3-N的平均去除效率均可达到95%以上,且操作简单,出水水质好、稳定,达到国家城市生活污水GB18918-2002二级排放标准(COD=100 mg/L、NH3-N=25 mg/L)。膜污染控制是浸没式膜生物反应器应用的关键,水力清洗可以恢复85%~90%的膜通量。 The paper introduced the technology using the submerged membrane bioreactor to treat the urban sewage.The research results indicate that the technique of using membrane bioreactor in the urban sewage disposal is feasible.The average removal rate of COD and NH3-N can achieve more than 95% in municipal domestic wastewater trough the operation parameter redressal.The technique has some advantages such as simple operation,good and stable water quality and can reach to the discharge standard of GB18918-2002(COD=100mg/L,NH3-N=25mg/L).Membrane fouling is the key to submerged membrane bioreactor's spread.Hydraulic rinse can make 85%-95% of the membrane flux be recovered.
