摘要
探讨了多孔陶瓷板燃气预混燃烧过程中氮氧化物的生成机理,分析了该燃烧过程中氮氧化物排放量低的原因.在所得到的孔内混合气体温度场的基础上,运用数值计算方法计算了该燃烧过程中氮氧化物的生成量.同时,利用试验手段得到了多孔陶瓷板燃气燃烧器的氮氧化物的排放量,并与数值计算的结果进行了比较.
The mechanism of NO x formation was discussed while the town gas was combusted with air fully premixed within ported cereamic plaque. The reason why the NO x emission is low in this kind of burning process was analyzed in details and the NO x emission was predicted numerically on the predicted flame temperature profile. Moreover, experiments were carried upon the ported ceramic plaque to measure the NO x emission. The numerical results and experimental data are generally in agreement.
