摘要
在H_3PO_4介质中,有吐温-20和Mn(Ⅱ)存在下,4-氯苯基二安替比林甲烷(DApCM)与V(V)生成橙黄色产物,其λmax为485nm,ε=5.05×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。钒量在0.5~3.5μg/25mL符合比尔定律。该法具有较高的灵敏度和较好的选择性,用于低合金钢样中微量钒的测定,结果满意。
In the presence of Tween-20 and manganese(Ⅱ), 4-chiorophenyl diantipyryl methane (DApCM) reacts with V(Ⅴ)to form an orange-yellow product in the medium of phosphoric acid. The maximum absorbance of the product is at 485 nm with molar absorptivity 5.05×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). Beer's law is obeyed over the range of 0.5- 3.5μgV(Ⅴ)/25mL. The method is highly sensitive and good selective. Some low-alloy steel have been analyzed by this method with satisfactory results.
