脑源性神经营养因子在脑缺血损伤修复反应中的作用

摘要 目的:探讨脑源性神经营养因子在脑缺血损伤修复反应中的临床应用。方法:将成年大鼠随机分为5组,各10例,包括对照组、大鼠缺血2h后进行再灌注6h组、12h组、24h组和72h组,分别进行脑缺血动物模型建立及灌注、染色观察。结果:经灌注后各组患鼠的BDNF细胞阳性数均明显高于对照组,数据经统计学比较具有显著差异(P〈0.05);且随着灌注时间的延长,BDNF细胞阳性数量在24h以内均呈上升趋势。结论:BDNF对于脑缺血梗死周围组织的修复有重要作用。 Objective:To discuss the clinical restoration effects of brain--derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in cerebral ischemia damage. Methods:The adult rats were divided into 5 groups,including Control Group, 6h Group, 12h Group, 24h Group and 72h Group. Separately making the animals of'cerebral ischemia with model,perfusion and staining. Results:The BDNF positive cells after perfusion were significantly higher than Control Group (P〈0. 05). BDNF positive cells showed and upward trend within 24 hours after perfusion. Conclusion:It had important'effects of brain--derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in cerebral ischemia damage.
