摘要
结果表明:25℃时四元体系KCl-MgCl_2-H_0-DMF共有六个结晶区:MgCl_2·6H_2O,KCl·MgC_(12)·6H_2O,MgCl_2·6H_2O·2DMF,MgCl_2·2H_2O·4DMF和MgCl_2·4DMF;有九条单变线和四个四元无变点。其中KCl的相区很大,其他则相当狭小,这个结果对利用有机溶剂进行光卤石加工,分离制取KCl具有一定价值。
The solubilities, refractive indexes, densities and viscosities of the saturated solutions in the title system have been studied at 25℃. The resutes that there are six crystallization fields in the phase diagram corresponding to KC1(I), MgCl2·6H2O(II), KCI · MgCl2 · 6H2O(Ⅲ), MgCl2 · 6H2O · 2DMF(IV), MgCl2 · 2H2O · 4DMF(V) and MgCl2 · 4DMF(VI) respectively, on the phase diagram KCI occupies most of the crystallization surface and the rest only a narrow region. The six fields intersect the four invariant point with the compositions: KCI 0.018, MgCl2 32.87, DMF 15.43 wt% (corresponding to E +Ⅲ+IV); KCI 0.24, MgCl2 25.31, DMF 24.31 wt% (corresponding to I +Ⅲ+IV); KCI 0.013, MgCl2 18.54, DMF 63.46 wt% (corresponding to I+IV+V);KC10.006.MgCl2 12.42, DMF 87.58 wt% (corresponding to I+V+ VI).
