本文介绍和分析了国内外飞轮的设计与评定问题及相关要求，包括结构特点、设计准则、飞轮材料及飞轮检验等。
The design and evaluation and relative requirments of the flying wheel both here and abroad are analyzed, including the feature of main structure, design standard, materials and inspection etc. in this paper.
