摘要
目的:探讨早期脑梗死的CT图像的变化与相关血液动力学指标(CVDI)的改变及其临床意义。方法:对我院2008年经CT确诊的早期缺血性脑梗死患者38例的CT影像学表现进行分析,并将其与30例健康者的脑血流量、脑血管阻力等血液动力学参数进行了对比研究。结果:脑梗死患者中28例表现出阳性征象,大脑中动脉高密度征8例,局部脑组织肿胀19例,岛带征14例,脑实质略低密度14例。脑梗死组的平均血流速度、血流量、最大与最小血流速度相对于健康组明显降低(P<0.05),而脉搏波波速、特性阻抗以及临界压水平显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:CT扫描在早期脑梗死诊断中有重要作用,早期脑梗死患者脑血流动力学各项检测指标均有明显的改变。
Objective: To investigate the early changes of cerebral infarction in the CT images and relevant hemodynamic indexes(CVDI) and its clinical significance.Methods: From 2008 through the early CT diagnosis of ischemic cerebral infarction for 38 patients with CT imaging features were analyzed,and 30 healthy persons with the blood flow,cerebral vascular resistance and other hemodynamic parameters were compared study.Results: In 28 patients with cerebral infarction showed positive signs of middle cerebral artery sign in 8 cases of high-density,local brain tissue swelling in 19 cases,the island with a sign in 14 cases,14 cases of brain density slightly in real terms.Cerebral infarction group,the average flow velocity,blood flow,the maximum and minimum blood flow velocity was significantly lower compared to the healthy group(P0.05),and pulse wave velocity,characteristic impedance,and critical pressure levels were significantly higher(P0.05).Conclusion: CT scan in the diagnosis of early cerebral infarction plays an important role in early cerebral infarction of the cerebral blood flow indices is significant changes detected.
