摘要 采用本体熔融聚合方法,在不饱和聚酯酰胺脲树脂末端接上三羟甲基丙烷二烯丙基醚(TMPDE),并且采用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征。研究了接枝前不饱和聚酯酰胺脲树脂的酸值对固化速度的影响,尿素和TMPDE的加入量对固化速度以及降解速度的影响。研究表明该树脂用氨水与水调和,不加入任何引发剂和活性稀释剂,在紫外光照射下,可以在较短的时间内固化和在合适的时间内降解,是一种水性环保的紫外光固化涂料。 Trimethylopropane diallyl ether(TMPDE) was used to modify unsaturated polyester-urea amide which could be prepared by melting method.The structure of polymer was characterized by infrared spectrum.The relation between acid value of resin before graft and curing speed has been discussed.The affect of urea and TMPDE to curing speed and degradation rate has also been discussed.The results showed the resin can be mediated by ammonia.The resin also needn't any initiator and active diluent.The resin was a waterborne UV-curing paint which can be cured in a short time and degradation in appropriate.
