摘要
目的研究非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中微血管密度(MVD)的水平及临床意义。方法用免疫组织化学技术分别检测了24例NSCLC组织、24例相应的癌旁组织和24例正常肺组织中的MVD,并借助Image-Pro Plus 6.0软件进行图像分析和处理。结果 NSCLC组织中MVD水平显著高于癌旁组织和正常肺组织(P<0.01);中期因子(MK)蛋白表达阳性患者的MVD高于MK蛋白表达阴性患者(P<0.05);NSCLC中MVD水平与NSCLC的TNM分期显著相关,Ⅲ/Ⅳ期NSCLC中MVD水平明显高于Ⅰ/Ⅱ期(P<0.01)。结论血管生成水平与NSCLC进展密切相关。
Objective To investigate the level and clinical significance of microvessel density(MVD) in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods The levels of MVD in NSCLC tissues(24 cases),tumor-adjacent tissues(24 cases) and normal lung tissues(24 cases) were detected by immunohistochemistry and analysed by Image-Pro Plus 6.0 software.Results The level of MVD was significantly higher in the NSCLC tissues than that in the tumor-adjacent and normal lung tissues(P0.01).The levels of MVD were higher in the patients with positive expression of MK than those in the patients with negative expression of MK(P0.05).The level of MVD in NSCLC was obviously related with the TNM stage of NSCLC,which was higher in Ⅲ/Ⅳ stage than that in Ⅰ/Ⅱ stage(P0.01).Conclusion The angiogenesis is closely correlated with the progression of NSCLC.
