摘要
敏捷制造被认为是２１世纪制造企业的主要发展模式。分析了敏捷制造模式下企业实施产品集成开发的若干要素，包括企业动态联盟、过程重构、ＩＰＴ组织与管理、企业信息合理化工程、信息分类编码与标准化技术等；探讨了面向敏捷制造的并行产品开发模式；提出了支持企业动态联盟集成产品开发的信息框架概念，阐述了其集成体系结构和工作原理。
Agile manufacturing is to be the major developing mode of manufacturing enterprises in 21st century. In this paper, several key elements for AM implementation in manufacturing enterprise, such as virtual enterprise, business reengineering, process rebuilding, integrated product team organization and management, enterprise information ratio engineering, product information classifying, coding and standardization, etc. are analyzed. A concurrent product development approach in AM environment is discussed. A new concept of information integration framework to support product data integration in virtual enterprise is presented, and its architecture, mechanism and implementation are discussed in detail.
