摘要
大力发展上海家庭服务业是上海建设宜居城市、提升城市综合竞争力、包容性增长与可持续发展的内在迫切需要。通过调查上海家庭服务业现状发现,社会对家政服务行业存有偏见,重视程度不足;行业市场混乱,行业主体间矛盾突出;行业标准与规范有待完善;有效管理与监管有待健全。因此,应相应地制定产业发展规划和家政规范服务"上海标准"体系,强化市场监管,走集团化发展之路,建立培训认证机制和联动机制,以促进产业健康、持续发展。
Developing Shanghai family service industry is to build Shanghai a livable city,improve the competitiveness,inclusiveness growth and sustainable development intrinsic urgent need. Through the investigation of domestic service in Shanghai,we found that social status bias of domestic service industry and attention shortage;Industry market chaos,industry subjects contradiction;Industry needs to improve standards and specifications;Effective management and supervision needs to be improved. Therefore,we should accordingly made industrial development plans and domestic standard service ＂Shanghai standard＂ system and strengthen market oversight,develop in collectivization way,establish training authentication mechanism and linkage mechanism to promote industrial healthy and sustainable development.
